I am big fan of salads and my family not so much. So we mostly end up eating in places that the majority votes for and sadly salad places are never on the list. So I make my own.
I have fallen in love with Kale which was a new kind of green that i have not tasted before I started living in the US. It is filled with calcium among many other nutritional benefits. I find its taste very close to that of mooringa leaves which I love.

Spicy Sesame – Ginger Vinaigrette
Olive oil – 1/4 cup
Sesame oil – 1/4 cup
Balsamic vinegar- 1/4 cup
Grated ginger – 1 tbs
Honey – 1 tbs
Hot sauce – 1/2 tbs
Salt per taste
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until all ingredients come together.
